What are YallaCycle's bike subscriptions?
YallaCycle bike subscriptions offer a convenient way to provide your child with a perfectly fitted bike that grows with them.
Choose a bike from our selection, and we’ll deliver it to your door. As your child grows, we’ll swap the bike for the next size at no extra cost. Enjoy flexible plans, affordable monthly payments, and a subscription model that helps reduce waste and environmental impact.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer bikes on both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Monthly subscriptions are ideal for first time riders, people wishing to try our service or for visitors to UAE needing a bike for their child.
Annual Subscriptions are ideal for parents who want to keep their children riding a perfect bike without the hassle of replacement. As children grow, we swap bikes to ensure kids are always riding on the perfect sized bike!
What is the cost of a bike subscription?
The monthly price varies based on the bike type, size, and subscription duration, with annual plans offering over 30% savings compared to monthly rates.

Can I rent a bike for less than a month?
Absolutely! Just select a monthly plan when you choose your bike. When we contact you to arrange delivery, just mention that you need an earlier collection date.
Many customers visiting Dubai use our service so their children can ride whilst on holiday.
What are the condition of the subscription bikes?
We want kids to love their bike from YallaCycle.
All our subscription bikes are in fantastic condition. Some are even brand new!
When we receive a bike back from a customer, it is comprehensively cleaned, serviced and safety checked. It looks and rides like it is brand new again!
Can I choose the colour of the bike?
Yes, you can choose the colour of the bike you wish to take on subscription - subject to availability.
Finding your bike
How do I find the right size bike?
All our bikes are sized using the inseam (or inside leg measurement) of the rider. Find out how to measure your child.
It is also possible to use inseam, height, or even age with our bike finder. Using inseam will provide much more accurate results.
How do I measure my child?
The best way to determine which bike size is best is using the child's inseam measurement.
The inseam measurement is taken from the groin to the bottom of the foot.
The best way to obtain the measurement is to stand the child barefoot (or in socks) against a wall and measure from the floor up to their groin - as high as is comfortable for the child.

Do you offer bikes for kids of all ages?
Yes, we offer bikes for kids of various ages, starting from balance bikes for young toddlers, first pedal bikes for three to six year olds and either all-round hybrid bikes or road bikes for children from five up to teenagers.
Can I install stabilisers / training wheels on the bikes?
Yes, you can fit stabilisers to some of our bike models.
Please note that stabilizers are only compatible with specific brands and sizes (usually from a 14" to 18" wheel). Please contact us for more details.
We are strong advocates of kids learning to ride without stabilisers. Check out our article on teaching kids how to ride a bike.
Do you have any second hand bikes?
Yes. We have some second-hand bikes in stock. The bikes are cleaned, serviced and safety checked before they are available to be ridden again.

Delivery, Fitting & Collection
How soon can you deliver the bike?
We aim to deliver within 1 or 2 days.
Sometimes we deliver on the same day - when payment is confirmed and the chosen bike is ready to ride in our warehouse.
Do bikes come pre-assembled?
Yes, all our bikes are assembled and ready to ride.
During delivery, we also ensure that the bike is perfectly fitted to the cyclist for a comfortable and safe riding experience.
What happens during the bike fitting?
During a bike fitting, we ensure the bike is perfectly adjusted to suit your child’s height, inseam, and experience level. We’ll make sure the seat, and handlebars are set up for comfort and safety.
If your child is present, we’ll have them test the fit and make any needed adjustments.
If the bike is a gift or your child isn’t available, we’ll provide clear instructions on how to make adjustments as they grow.
How does Collection work?
A few days before the end of your subscription, we'll contact you to arrange the collection of the bike.
Maintaining your YallaCycle bike
Who is responsible for maintaining the bike?
You are responsible for looking after the bike including the day to day maintenance - as if you owned the bike yourself.
We strongly advise keeping the bike indoors or in a fully shaded area.
For a great riding experience, we also recommend keeping the bike clean and lubricating the chain to prevent it rusting.
Should you experience a day-to-day maintenance issue - for example, a puncture - you can repair it yourself or you can use our bike maintenance partner BiKlean who will come to our home.
Quote 'YallaCycle' with BiKlean and you can get 25 dirhams off a bronze service.
Please contact us for warranty related issues and we'll work to get your child back on the bike asap. If you're not sure about a certain problem, contact us.
Where should I store my bike?
We strongly advise keeping the bike indoors to fully protect it from the UAE weather.
If that's not possible, a fully shaded area is the next best option.
Can I wash the bike?
Yes - in fact we encourage it to make sure your child continues to have a great riding experience.
Just make sure to dry the chain completely after a wash and to apply some lubricant protection. This will help prevent the chain from becoming rusty.
Will I be charged for damage?
We understand that kids will learn, play and even race on their bikes. We also accept that our bikes will encounter some wear and tear during normal use - perhaps scuffs to grips, brake levers and pedals, or light scratches to the frame.
Damage which requires repairs outside normal maintenance or which has been caused by reckless usage or care is not acceptable. Examples include:
- frame, forks, seat post and wheels are dented or scratched through layers of the paint,
- Components are damaged or bent in such a way that they are unable to function completely,
- seat or handlebar grips are torn,
- wheels are buckled such that they don't rotate easily,
- chain becomes rusty through lack of preventative maintenance.
In the event of having to rectify damage caused by reckless usage or care, we will charge the customer the cost of replacing parts and the associated labour.
Fortunately, during our years of operation and having provided many bikes for many kids, we have only had this situation once.
Changing your Subscription
How do I extend or adjust my subscription?
Contact us for any subscription changes.
Switching between plans is super easy - we'll help you change to whatever plan best suits your circumstances and adjust the payments accordingly.
I want to start with a monthly plan - can I switch to an annual plan later?
Yes. You can switch between plans anytime.
How do I cancel the bike subscription?
Contact us - we can help you and to arrange the bike collection.
For monthly plans, there are no additional fees or payments required (assuming the bike .
When cancelling an annual subscription, we calculate whether a partial refund is necessary using the term of the subscription to date rounded up to full months.
If the customer would have paid less taking the bike on a monthly subscription, we refund the difference.
YallaCycle Offers
Do you have any promotions?
Yes, One of our best promotions is an Annual Subscription.
Currently this is equivalent to paying for seven months and getting a full year.
A whole five months extra - for free!!
I need multiple bikes. Do you offer a discount?
Yes, we offer a Sibling Discount for families needing more than one bike.
For two bikes, a 10% discount is automatically applied to your total at checkout. The discount increases to 15% when you order three or more bikes.
Is YallaCycle on the Emirates Platinum Card?
We have a partnership with Emirates Platinum Card. Please check the Platinum app for more details about the offers.
