Tax

VAT of 5% is applicable on purchases of all rental plans and related services.

Payment Confirmation

After you have placed your order online, you will will receive a payment confirmation to your email. Normally this takes a matter of minutes however could take up to 24 hours. Please contact us if you don't receive this email.

Fitting

As part of delivery, we will fit the bike you have selected to your child to ensure their riding experience and comfort is maximised. We will also explain how to adjust the bike to match growth of your child.

During the process, we may measure your child’s critical dimensions – inside leg (without shoes) and height. We will use this information to set the seat height, the fore/aft position and angle of the saddle and to position the handlebars.

If during the fitting, the bicycle is found to be the incorrect model or size, we will work with you to find a solution however we cannot guarantee that it can be replaced.

Buy Back Guarantee

Our goal is to minimise wasted and unused bikes - we refresh all the bikes we buy back and make them available for other children to enjoy.

We commit to buying back any that we have sold in the UAE.

Just contact us with the serial number of your bike plus a few recent close-up pictures and we’ll provide you with a buy-back price as quickly as we can.

The buy-back price will include collection of the bike from your location.

Cancellation

Contact us if you wish to cancel your purchase.

If you cancel anytime between placing the order and two hours before delivery, there will be no charge and you will be refunded in full.

If you cancel within two hours before delivery and up to seven days of the delivery and the bike is completely unused, you will be refunded in full - subject to a cancellation administration fee of 150 AED (which covers our delivery, fitting, collection and stock unavailability).

You can only exchange unused bikes within seven days of the delivery - subject to our availability. In this event, please contact us.

Should there be a fault with your product, please contact us and we will endeavour to find a resolution.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any faulty or returned bikes if the product has been used or tampered with.

Refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment used by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
